Comtek's Self-Maintenance Support Service is designed for motivated end-user customers who want rapid fixes of network failures, while achieving huge support cost savings. You can provide your own support far quicker and cheaper than an outside service provider.

Comtek's Self-Maintenance program supplies you with all the pre-configured Network, Datacomms, or Telecomms spares required to provide back-up support for your network. In the event of a network device failure, simply replace the faulty unit with a stand-by spare part. Comtek then replaces your faulty item with a replacement stand-by spare part.

Multi-Vendor Support

Unlike most manufacturer and third-party maintenance support schemes, Comtek's Self Maintenance Support Program covers equipment from any manufacturer, even ones that are no longer in business!

Support for Current and Legacy Equipment
