Comtek's Self-Maintenance Support Service is designed for motivated end-user customers who want rapid fixes of network failures, and who wish to achieve huge maintenance cost savings.

Comtek's Self-Maintenance program stocks your network site with all the Network and Datacomms back-up spares that are needed to provide hardware support for your network. All back-up spares are fully pre-configured for your network.
In the event of a network device failure, simply replace the faulty unit with one of our stand-by spare parts. The faulty unit is returned to Comtek for an expedited 24 hours repair or replacement. The repaired or replaced item is then returned to your site as a fresh stand-by spare unit.
